...on my non-TRD. Original shocks are at 58,000 miles, and I'm getting a lot of bump steer and generally poor handling and a terrible feeling in the steering.

Think I'll notice a difference tomorrow night?

5150 are for lifted applications usually over 4". 5100s are great for stock and most lifted applications

I got front & rear 5100's in a box in my garage...delivered earlier this week. I just need the time to do the install. I may have to pay someone to get it done and an alignment.

Looking forward to having this upgrade completed.

Then I can move on to other mods.

Although I bought a new Harley this past Saturday...and it needs mods as well.

It never ends my friends...it never ends.

Yeah, I would install them myself, but I'm back to school full time and don't have a good location to do the work here. I figure I need an alignment after the fronts are installed anyway, so I'm going to have the fronts installed at least. I might hold off on the rears and install those myself later, it depends on how much more they want to throw them on.

    I think he's confusing with 5150s

    5100 are adjustable ( 0-.85-.175-2.5)

I guess that answers my question. I need new shocks and keep hearing these shocks (blistein 5100) are the best. I ask what kind because someone mentioned they are adjustable or come in different sizes and I wanted to know what would be the ones for me. If that makes sense at all...
