    taking my truck to the damn dealership tomorrow.......i've messed with this damn transmission long enough and i cant figure out what the hell is wrong with it.:mad:

    i think it's a lot different being 12 vs being an adult. i still think about him a lot and i've got a large picture of me and him at my first racing win going up in the man cave. it doesnt always cross my mind on a daily basis anymore.

    i've got his b-day and death dates integrated into my tattoo, so i see them all the time. not to mention that yesterday was my lil cousins b-day. my dad went in the hospital the last time in valentines day and hung on long enough for my cousin to turn 2 before he passed.

    Lost both mom and dad in 98. I think about both my folks and still miss them.... not as bad as it was the first couple of years.

    Think my mom dying kicked worse than dad... dad had cancer, so thought he would be the first to go. I think mom going first was "part of the master plan", so dad could begin his slide. His cancer was spreading and he wasn't able to care for mom anymore - she was bed ridden...

    Never will I forget that day.
