    As a final follow up, my salesman contacted me that afternoon (Monday), told me my Tacoma had arrived and when did I want to pick it up. Due to my work schedule, I am going to pick it up this coming Monday.

    I set up the Toyota app right after my truck was built and could see the miles, tire pressure and fuel level for the past month plus, but at no time did I received any door opening notifications. Perhaps its due to my trim level (SR5).
