Curious if the bed kept coming loose and if you had to do something more permanent?

    Work in progress...
Give it a push at the corners. If it is loose it will move really easy. If you loosen up the six bolts in the bed that hold it down you can easily move it with one hand. My bed was sitting cockeyed when I got the truck. I was amazed how easy the bed was to move after loosening the bolts.

I believe it is a T55 torx. I had to buy one too. If you walk around in the bed and step where the bed bolts are, you will hear if any are loose. I had one that was driving me crazy. A little lock tite should help.

I actually had my bed come loose at the front passenger bolt. The composite bed wore down on the metal frame and had about 1/4” of play. It has a metal bushing inside so the torx was still tight, Toyota ground down the bushing to tighten the bed again.
