Has anybody had any luck running an ARB summit with their lights and not effecting TSS sensor? My local shop told me adding the lights would block the sensor.

I have the ARB bumper and ARB Solis lights. When mounted to the provided holes, it triggered an error message in the TSS sensor within a few miles of driving. Adjusting the sensor (by the dealer) did nothing.

I drilled new mounting holes that bring the lights almost into contact with the grill, and, sideways almost into contact with the 2 bumper uprights. Problem solved, I never had an error since. As the TSS signal is a cone shaped beam, bringing the lights closer to the grill moves them towards the narrower end of the beam. Pushing them towards the outside further increases clearance from the beam.

Ok, good to know. I wonder if ARB is aware of this issue?

I have the ARB summit on a 2020 tacoma, with two BD LP6 mounted in the factory mounting holes on the bumper and my TSS works perfectly. Haven't had a single issue and I know it works because it warned me in a near collision. I don't believe anything was adjusted, as it was installed by SLEE off road. Hope this helps.

Yes, I called them and they could only guarantee the TSS works with the bumper (and non-Pro models at that) but had no recommendation for bumper+lights.

Good info - the Solis are larger than the BD6 in diameter by 2.3" and also deeper by 1.5" (which pushes them more forward). I think we just discovered the approximate size threshold at which the lights start interfering with the TSS beam.
