Fried zucchini is back on the menu.
Gotta admit there is a shortage of squash and things of that nature.

 

Might need to stock up on shit before it gets cold and weird.

@ColoradoTJ @6P4 Thanks so much for those suggestions for trails! My vacation week in Colorado Springs was packed, but I did manage to get the parents and the gf together to go run Phantom Canyon Road.

Beautiful scenery, and didn't make my mom panic like she did when I ran Broken Arrow trail in Sedona, AZ!

Tried to put on my DD fog lights tonight. They sure don’t make it easy to do.
