    So short story...I work with this guy, reckon you could call him a friend since we've known each other 21 yrs now, any how he's quite a character. About 17 yrs ago we're working a slow Saturday in the ops ctr, he's eating those "Scoops" chips with some salsa, starts complaining how 3/4 of the scoops are broken and useless for scoopin' salsa. Cut to the chase...he dials the 1-800 complaint number on the bag and strings the poor lady on the line along for 30 mins or so. He had the whole op center :rofl: ... 6 of us. Mind you all the lines are push to talk, so she likely couldn't hear the raucous going on in the background. In the end he got a free replacement bag of Scoops, and we have a story that comes up every so often, even 17 yrs later.
