Think he needs to post pictures of the finished products as he's completing them in option . But to be honest I don't think he's really doing anything . Like he said no refunds so what's the worst thats going to happen to him. Other than yes, we'll get banned from TW, but in all reality that's about it. I think people just need to figure out who his so-called lawyer is and start talking to him directly. I'm not sure what he was charging for these lights but I know at some point it becomes legal action . Also, if you did go through PayPal notify PayPal as well

 

The problem is that Paypal won't do anything after 6 months from the transaction ... and these outstanding builds are well beyond that timeline.

You were on the internet on the 13th, at the time you replied to a moderator. You had time to send refunds back to the customers but you didn’t. Prior to Today, you haven’t shipped anything out or refunds. It seems to me that you haven’t done anything which shows that you gave up and moved on.

Customers have the rights to start legal action on you. You are too far behind anyway, they don’t care what your lawyer say.

They don’t want to wait end of summer to get something. I suggest that you start sending refunds to customers now.

if you say you don’t have money to send refunds, then not our problem, I suggest that you sell boat, your work property, or whatever you have there.

If you want to keep business going, then make it right by sending refunds out to customers. In that case, they will consider to come back for future project.. I know some of them won’t come back because they waited for 2 years… not good for business. If you don’t make it right, then same problem will follow you.

 

I have orders in work and coming out soon and will have them all fulfilled like I said with the timeline I gave. I’m in contact with my customers and currently working on the orders. Thanks for your input though buddy. You can let me know how I did when all the orders are complete by summer

 

What about the refunds that the customers requested?

 

I'm pretty sure he's ignoring you and all moderators and only answering people with the same responses as he gives everybody else, I just don't think he's going to come through with nothing. Keeps saying he's in contact with all customers but yet none of them are posting on here or those that are or still asking where their shit is

 

He will reply back. I do not give refunds. That's what he keeps telling everybody. Like I said before he claims he has a lawyer. Need to find out who it is and contact him directly. I think this guy here is just a scammer

 

I’ve been doin this for years and people have had their products so no scammer. I can’t wait for all these orders to be fulfilled this summer and see y’all’s reaction. I want them complete and to customers just as much as anybody and I’m working on it and will make it happen. Thank you

 

Are you saying that you work on the headlights then ship all at once at end of summer?

If so, that is bad idea. Why the hell you want to keep customers to wait that long? Not making sense to me.

You said you have done this for years, so you are saying you keep the customers waiting for years huh? We are considering you as a scammer right now because you have not done anything in the last few months and you failed 2 years past the deadline which some customers are waiting for 2 years and yet you have not done anything to them meaning no lights or refunds for them.

It seems like that you are still taking 2 years working on 1 set of headlights that customer haven't gotten it... why? Dogs ate your retrofit instructions?

 

If that was the case we wouldn't be in this situation . Plus you haven't posted any completed headlights yet or tagged the recipient of those headlights.
