Really appreciate the updates Mark - anything is really reassuring that Eibach has our back. As a long-time supporter of your products... Thank you.

Yes, I felt very confident in your product. Before buying this truck, I knew very little about suspension, but have known about your company for a very long time. It’s just unfortunate that I’m in such a bind now that I’ll be swapping out the entire coilover for something completely aftermarket, and I’m stuck with labor costs x2.

It only took a few minutes to do. It'd be interesting to see others attempt the same thing maybe with different types of grease. It's a dirty, harsh environment in there. I can't imagine it'll keep working after the first rain storm or even car wash, but we shall see. Maybe other greases will last longer.

If ya'll found a way to contract out to Oklahoma City (or near), I would volunteer to test...

I admit I was interested but this has me holding off on the purchase. Pending the results of the test.

I can also second (or third?) that’s the sound my springs are making. The unfortunate part is my passenger side is now also make the noise. It seems like spraying lubricant used to give me a few days with minimized squeak, but that seems to not be the case anymore.

I just got off the phone with the sales manager. Frustrating I know, but I'm not going to disclose too much as to respect their process. I do want to assure you guys, however, that they have some pretty good solutions brewing and will do their best to take care of everyone. I've been really impressed by their customer services this entire time, and today put them in the above-and-beyond category in my mind.

I've been emailing back and forth with them as well. I will also say that I do not feel like we are getting the brush-off.

Not at all - very responsive and good at suppressing how annoyed they probably are with me bugging them so much. This does bring in to question if the hats will prematurely wear for the OEM 2020-2021 setup. I'm also wondering what's going on with the 2022 pros and how they accomplish more lift.

That is a good question... If anyone has a 22 Pro and is willing to snap some pictures of their front coils maybe we could get to the bottom of this?

@mark@eibach - Given there is a massive installed Tacoma base in Denver and the Colorado Front Range, along with multiple highly reputable 4x4 shops specializing in Toyotas, I would be willing to volunteer my truck for a test solution if you have a partnership with any of the major 4x4 players here such as Toytec, RSG Off-road, etc.

I appreciate that, but we need it in our hands here. Way to many variables and liabilities using outside partners for this one.

UPDATE: I just personally made calls out to anyone who's local and purchased the kit from us directly. The few I was able to speak with weren't able to help, so hoping to hear from those I left messages with.

Any progress? Been following this thread for a while now, just lurking. I’m probably going to take mine off soon, it’s pretty embarrassing.

That shouldn't be happening. Could you please forward me that email and the address you sent to? mkrumme@eibach.com

Still haven't been able to get a vehicle in. We're actively looking. I've stopped guys in traffic. We do have a 4Runner scheduled as it uses the same design, but that's the closest we have at the moment.

Ehhh, it’s mainly my fault. I was in the field for work and I could not find an email address for the life of me on the website. So I sent it to sales@eibach.com hoping I’d get routed to the right spot.

so to back track, not eibach’s fault for the no email response. But I will forward the email I sent.

I know there’s liability issues and certain control measures you’d like to have in your hands, but if you can’t get a donor, any chance a few of us could pay for shipping and send it to us for testing?

Fair question, but it's not something we can do as we've only made a couple crude versions to test.
