Ok, so here's the deal , today, since it's Friday I looked into my bank account and realized that i got paid 3x instead of the normal one time... I went and looked at my online pay stub and it says everything is correct .. just a few errors and corrections that were made from changing my state taxes, so here's the question, should i tell my company, or just leave it in the bank?
What would you do in my situation?

Don't say nothing, but don't spend it either. Wait a while, maybe next payroll period, if they don't say shit, it's yours. That's what I'd do.

They're legally entitled to that money (obviously) and it would suck if you spent it and it came back around a couple months down the road to bite you in the ass. If you insist on keeping it just Add it to your savings account, or tell them and MAYBE something good will come of it.

Every company needs to consolidate it's books at the end of the month .

It should be pretty easy to see where the missing coin has gone .

    Just sayin

Honestly... Honesty is not the best policy in our world. You could tell them and they'd likely take the money back without so much as a "Thanks Cody" [pat on back]. Sure you could be honest, but let's be honest here, how likely is it that your company became successful by telling the whole truth, nothing but the truth?

I think honesty is great and that you should be rewarded for being honest. But the reality is you likely wouldn't get a thing by being honest. If you get confronted about it, that's your call...

I think that's where we fail, where we think the world owes us something just because we reported facts. Hate to say it, but no one owes "you" anything, even if you did return the 5 thousand dollars u found on the floor, all you did was what your supposed to do. The majority of the time no one is watching us, and thus direct and hasty praise or approval isn't possible, but I definitely don't think that should yield hesitation for us to do the right thing.
