I've got skids/winch and Front bumper. (Weighed bumper with winch was about 180lb) before mounting

FWIW i just had ECGS do a third and shipping + install was only $200~ more than the gears + locker parts cost and they warranty their labor for 5 years

Definitely buy Wulf's first, but if you just want any old core, fronts are easy to find in the you-pick yard down here. For some reason it's only the rears people seem to want.

Speaking from experience, that reason might be that pulling a rear is an easy 20 minute job while a front takes an hour or two with lots of cursing...
