    Good morning folks. Headed out today from South Carolina to John H Kerr Dam in Virginia. Did some Scouting there in the 70's and excited to be back. Hiked 50 miles at midnight for a week (about 10-12 miles a night) back then to get our 50 Miler Patch.

    I get them already diced. One thing I learned recently is you can freeze diced onions. They don't crunch like fresh when they're thawed but I grill the majority of them anyway.
