I taped the painted part "just in case". It surprises you when it pops and I did fling one of them. Several layers of tape and no damage.

 

I put it right up against me and tugged. Basically have it a hug.

 

I popped mine off with the side of the garage door, including the blinker assy. Thankfully it all snapped back together and works.

 

Well, that’s one way! Not the recommended way of course!

 

My journey to completely getting rid of the chrome in my life these just came in. Color matched to the BRM (Edit to include the photos)

 

HAHA I'm in the same boat of wanting to de-overland. Might go rackless pretty soon...scandalous I know

I added the rain guards to my windows today along w a fresh wash and wax.

I ordered the RC molle panel for the front of the bed on Tuesday through Amazon. Package just arrived a few minutes ago.

Can’t wait to mount it and place my little shovel and recovery gear on it.

 

I put the in-channel type as well,.....
The fine print tells you to wait 72 Hrs to let the adhesive get a grip on the channel rubber.
It does need to cure or the window may grab the visor edge and lift it.

I tested it and it did want to bump/grab.
72 Hrs later no issues

 

Please report back once installed. I'm mostly curious about the fitment.

That is a gateway drug…you will start noticing all the chrome that everyone deletes. I installed the same one a week or so ago and now all I see is the chrome. I think I need to black out everything. More money more problems.

 

Installed PRO grill from Taco Garage, quality and fit are pretty good, ordered it on Sunday night and got it this morning. Looks way better than the SR grille, I expect at least a five HP gain and to go up at least 1-2 MPG
