    horrible. I used to work 6 weeks days and 6 weeks nights. They were a 7p/a - 7a/p shift. I never could adjust. On the way home from work after an overnight shift, I fell asleep at the wheel and a car next to me honked. It startled me and woke me up, as I only veered slightly out of the lane. As soon as I got home, I called my boss and quit on the spot.

    Hope you remain on the best shift that is for you!
