I'm going to take this one step further and ask... Remember shopping malls?

yes, and once you see one, you notice that they are everywhere..

There is one that is the size of a HoneyBucket but its more of a 9' pyramid with 4 lean in style urinals for men in the strangest places - and then there is the aroma...

The closest of ours are 30 minutes away in opposite directions. The westerly one has lost all of its flagship stores and the little stores are slowly closing. The two largest stores that occupy the old Sears and Penny's stores are local businesses. I imagine the rent is horrible.

The easterly store has no flagship either. The dairy queen even closed. The Dick's store built their own in a strip mail across the street from the mall. The Macy's is now a storage facility.

You want a passive income that requires almost no work... Storage units are where it's at.

I started working as a "Computer Operator" back around 1986. Most of the user connections were RS-232 dumb terminals, and a few 286 computers with a DB-25 connector. I've seen and worked on them all. I remember when the first P-75 came out, and we thought Wow what a fast processor. Apple II, Windows 3.1, N.T. 4, you name it I've worked on it. The Technology today, like my 2015 Mac book Pro blows my mind when I think about how much everything has changed.

well if you really think about it, It's not funny at all. I know exactly what you mean by that post. Taking a shower and getting dressed these days is a chore, and I have to rest up after doing it.
