Have you thought about picking up a new leaf pack from Archive Garage and going back to full length exhaust?

Didn’t think of that. No tire because of the stabilizer cross bar from the hammer hanger kit.

I can't leave anything well enough alone
I think your best bang for buck is to extend and route the exhaust nicely, tucked away past the hammer hanger thing and out the back in a way it won't get damaged from offroading or whatever. Keep it inside the frame rails so it can stay high after the axle and you don't have to go low / under and out the side. Maybe your resonator that you replace with a cat could go back there, or maybe just a 12" glasspack in the section after the axle and not put in the cat up front??

I think whether you do a cat or not, you should route the exhaust out the back and put some sort of chamber, even a bullet style muffler back there. But if you want a cat to eliminate the smells, then use that resonator on the back... and that combo I would almost bet will be quieter beyond your expectations, yet still bark when you want it to :)

Installing a cat right after the merge on a JFR Ypipe with LT headers on a boosted setup will blow out in six months or less!

Take out the resonators. You need two large high quality mufflers. One straight through muffler right at the merge followed by a large chamber muffler. No drone at any RPM

Saw this posted online. The guy wants $150 plus shipping for the idler. Seems like a lot. Wish we could find one to

looks like one ive seen here. my first question is pics of the mounting assembly. that design produces a lot of stress and new angles. is it strong enough? recc. belt size? im just leary of asking that of a five rib belt. after cams i think i hear, my belt burning. my spit shot reservations.

That might be in Aussi dollars. So but be decent after shipping costs

Agreed. There is no one thermostat that is capable of outflowing another. They all flow the same once they are max open.

Ok guy's I think I sended my fuel system a little to hard. I swap my walblro 255 LPH to the AEM 320 LPH and something whent wrong my afr at Idle use to be 14.65 now is 13.1 and when I press the gas goes all the way to 8.0 afr it runs like crap and now I got a Chek engine light on. So I swap back to the walbro 255 LPH and still have the same issue!
    Any advice?
I think maybe the fuel pressure regulator whent bad but I'm open to any suggestions!

Did you make sure all the lines clicked back together? Some of them are really hard, like requires two people hard. One on each end of the line to push together. You should hear a click.

Definitely grab a code reader and see what the check engine light is for. Maybe evap?

I had a couple up for sale were you looking for the pulley rap mod? I used a couple washers to spread the load and the highest rating bolt the industrial hardware store had, grade 8.8, possibly 10. I never went that small so I kept a 2.7 with roush tensioner and stock belt.

You can safely go higher on the first # and lower on the second #.
Engineering explained on YT has a great video somewhere. I think posted about a year ago or so

That used to be the standard. 5w30 kinda made it obsolete. Don’t even worry about it, especially since it’s summer. Not that it gets cold here to begin with
