I get gangs of them going through my yard. Not unusual to get home at night and see a flock of 10-12 of them in my back yard or the field next door. There's 167 acres behind and beside me combined, so they love that area.

Deb and I moved 9 times before buying our first house. We needed a 32' truck and we're coming from a 2 br apt. One of these days I'm going to go through it all and get rid of most of it.

Definitely need to come up once you've recovered and it's colder. If you or Mrs. 68Dave need anything though before then, let me know.

I saw a Tesla crossover towing a camper I would find particularly painful with the Tacoma. It's brilliant though.

An EV Tundra would make me switch. EV Runner too.

We have Tundra peeps in here I use to have one too. Great truck.

 

Hi Chris! Two of us in here (maybe more?) are actually members of the Texas Toyota Coalition, run buy the infamous and widely sexy Chad @ChadsPride .

Texas is definitely on my bucket list, I just need to take a month off to drive there and back and be able to see my Brother Jaime @Justanotherhemi all the way down in Tejas, or my other Brothers Frank and Mike up in Pooleville. And everyone else I consider family in between. It's such a beautiful place, Texas.

I could only visit in the winter there or whatever the coldest part of the year is. I don't mind some heat but no thanks.

You'll appreciate the cooler temperatures up/over here but we have some miserably nasty days here too. In or near cities will be thermal hotspots for sure but even up here in the woods is nasty too. We always have the humidity even on some cooler days. Overall though, you should enjoy the climate.

Can't wait for you and yours to join us permanently and when it happens if I, or anyone else can lend a hand, just ask.
