I would call the dealer and tell them you are coming down to show them.
They may have seen this from transport before. Even if its tire related.

The dealer will have the detail department either fix the problem while you wait, or they will fix the problem in a more expensive manner.
The longer you wait to call the more excuses they will have,... because the first question they will ask you is "What did you drive through?"

I know it was dark and you were in a hurry, its expected and the dealer knows that.
......... always check the vehicle before you leave the lot,
It may have been perfect when you went into sign the papers,.... until grandma backed into it while you were inside.

I hope you get it resolved. That looks awful! Perhaps there's a bad batch of Lime Green paint being used? Toyota can't seem to paint a truck white without issues, perhaps this is another color they can't do.

Looks to me like silicone dressing was applied (heavily) to tires without the tires being properly cleaned, excess was not wiped off, so the sling is holding some dirt/blooming from the tires on the paint. If that is correct, that would explain why you were able to remove some of it with sanding. a good decontamination wash would be my first step, due to the nature of most dealer prep products (even though they are cheap, they tend to last relatively long and withstand some serious cleaning) you will likely need an alkaline cleaner, a prep solvent might work as well. As a last resort, an all wheel/tire cleaner might help, but make sure it is paint safe and do a small test spot first.

Keep in mind the dealership won't bat an eye at turning the prep hacks loose with a rotary buffer with a 30 year old wool pad that has never been cleaned to "fix" your problem.

Not enough bandwidth on the internet to list.
This is exactly what the new Armor All Ceramic tire foam does. The stuff is pure f'ing evil. I had it happen when I used it but it wiped off the paint with a little effort but the clear protective film is permanently damaged as is the color matched rear bumper cover.

If you read the instructions, it suggest not to drive for FOUR HOURS after removing excess product. Come on, here! We're talking about a simple f'n tire product! Maybe yours sat on the paint for longer than mine and it etched the surface. Mine at least came off the paint. The difference though is I have white, a single-stage paint with no clear coat. Your clear coat might have been damaged in the same manner my protective film and plastic bumper parts.

Word of caution to anyone using this stuff. Follow the directions to the "T" and let your truck sit for 4 hours after applying tire dressing. Easier than that, do what I did and throw the shit in the trash can!

I contacted the dealer that day, and the manager saw it and offered a "buff" - I just don't trust dealer's detailing departments. He said that I can go whenever I wanted. I rather wait a little and find a less intrusive solution, I don't know what they are going to do by "buff". So far, the dealership knows whats going on. I believe that the truck was good from factory, I checked before leaving and did not notice anything abnormal, It was getting dark I know, but I still had some light and I would've seen these dots. All I can say is that my tires were "soaked" with tire shine.

I bought my OR last year on the same dealership without any issues, (my tires where not "soaked" back then).

Thank you! Nah, is not the paint - the stain is over the PPF, not under.

UPDATE: I cleaned the truck today. Surprisingly it started to fade, I see less dots and those that were very dark are light colored. Perhaps it will completely fade out “hopefully”. It is also fading out from the PPF film. I will keep posting update for the benefits of this community. Thank you all.

Exactly! I'm not a complainer by any means. However, if I'm paying for _____, I expect to get _____. Period. Dot. End of story. I work just as hard for my money as the next guy/girl. I see it all too often today, people accepting lousy customer service and/or products. Not bashing you, @Faco , so don't take it as such. Too often people accept shitty products and/or customer service and say "Well, I guess that's just the way it is." I'm not talking about getting a pack of gum that is a stick short, of course. If I'm spending my money on your products or services, I expect good products and/or services.

I would take it to a highly competent professional detailer. I would not use random advice from the forum.

I would not let the dealer touch it at this point. They’ll just fuck it up worse.

Your advice of “Make toyota fix your shit” was a real winner.

I have news for you. Nobody is going to make Toyota do shit.
