Favorite Whiskey?

Bib & Tucker is a beautiful bottle IMO.

 

Boy that is nice looking. What’s the back story on Bib? I’ve never even heard of it

 

tbh I’m not quite sure. My buddy who was into bourbons way before me said it was one of his favorites. Said it was really great for the price point. He wasn’t lying. I’d highly recommend giving it a try if you can find it. My go-to liquor store sells them for $45 each when you buy 2.

This reminds me of why I like the Knob Creek bottle: the irregular shape of the glass, it’s not smooth like most. It just feels like something crafted by hand. Even though the bottle is mass produced. But I like it.

 

Ever look at a High West bottle?

 

Never seen it. Looked at it online though, looks like the top of the bottle has some similar properties.

 

If you ever come across a bottle pick it up. They appear hand blown glass full of bubbles and imperfections. I’m sure it’s not hand made but they look very cool.

High West is on it and so is grandma’s bottle design.

 

Personal favorite: the Whistlepig Boss Hog. If you’re not familiar, read up on this rye, it’s insane.

Not going to lie, I’ve had high west and many other bottles that I purchased just off the looks. That’s how I got my first eh Taylor like 5 years ago lol

That 101 mention a couple pages back got me in a WT mood.

 

That’s a fantastic pour. I love Russel’s. The Wild Turkey tour was also one of my favorites. Learning about the Russels was super interesting.

 

If I had an infinity bottle, it'd have either BT or RR10 in it.

 

It is pretty good. It’ll work for pour number 2.
