It’s my old truck. It has well over $7,000 in mods and all maintenance has been done by me.

I need to become a lumberjack. $1000 to remove the tree off of the house and another $500 to haul it away.

    Wow

I had 2 50ft trees dropped a couple years ago and it only cost me $600 for the pair and they had to remove and replace my fence to do it

When we were moving we had to stay in a camper for almost two months and I needed a tow rig… so I straight traded the taco for a second gen Cummins. I sold the Cummins for $12,000. I couldn’t spend the cash or get a loan because we were waiting on the closing date and the builder kept pushing it back. Camper was 30-32’ and 10,000lbs+

Yep, great business strategy, I should change careers. I already have the saws and stump grinder.

We were quoted $3000 to drop 3 trees, haul it off, grind up the stumps and do some trimming up in the back yard. I guess that's not too bad.

The guy who did our original front row line of trees was 10k for two crews, or $2500 per day per crew. They worked by the day, not the tree, and knocked out about 30 trees. That was with hauling and stump grinding, though I did elect to keep some logs for firewood. I can't get them to come back out now, they just stay too busy. The last guy I used was $1000 for 2.5 trees -- one was already split from a storm.
