    Fellas,
I have Meso V5 turn signals in the always on configuration. I also have the Vled footwell lights. Now I’d like to install Meso puddle pods. Can someone give me a quick an dirty on how to install with this in mind.

Thank you for the reply. I believe there is one area (driver’s a-pillar) where all 3 devices need to connect. If so, will the puddle pods harness allow for this type of multi device connection. I remember when I installed the the V5 and footwell lights there was a lot going on back there and it was a relatively tight fit as is.

    You could purchase this:

    https://www.vleds.com/2-waterproof-hardwire-y-adapter-kit.html

Wire coming from Pillar gets connected to single side, one of the triple side goes to footwell module. The remaining ones to each door puddle. You'll need to add the mating wires long enough to door mirror.

Thank you so much for this! I figure there has to be a few folks with this or a similar setup. If anyone has photos or tips and tricks would love to hear or see them.

Is there a DIY on how to install the rears?
Chloe Kuo video is on 3rd gen, and VLED website only shows 3rd gen and Tundra.

They do have instructions on front, which I followed and turned out great
but nothing on the rear specific to 2nd gen

I don't know how similar the 3rd gen is and if that guide can be applied

Look up 3rd gen rear instructions I think they are on the site. There is not much to it. YOu get the 2 rear lights and a couple of longer cables. You route from the diver behind the radio to the passenger side, then from there, you route it under the carpet to the corner and under the seat to the rear one. Then from there, you run it to the driver's side. You can pull the carpet or tuck it under the center console. They daisy chain from one light to the next. The hardest part is probably deciding if you need velcro or VHB tape to mount them.

Just as I finished the response, here is the page that shows how. same for any vehicle.

Really? Because my only open connection at this point is at the passenger footwell light (front).
At least I think I followed their instructions right.
I put it pigtail connector (behind cubby), to dimmer stickied under fuse panel, then wire to driver light. "Daisy chain". Then over trans tunnel under radio, to passenger light.
Which only required one wire to plug into it. The other one coming from it is empty.
So I'd assume to keep on "following down the line" I'd have to run a long wire from the passenger light, snuck to the back, which I believe they advise do through floor side trim panels, whatever they're called.

Or maybe that's what you mean
I assume we both got the same kits
    I'll give it another shot

Really love the look and design of this kit. However, is there any chance for dual color? I need a kit thats white and red so it can go with my MESO dual color lights, ha.

I just ran across this thread... and am going, "WHY???"

But was wondering if they would work for illuminating wheel wells...

You’re questioning why I would develop a kit that adds a very popular factory feature… and then your head goes to illuminating wheel wells as you drive down the road at night?:rofl:

Anyone have any issues with damaging existing electronics or popping fuses with adding the Vled foot well lights AND the Meso puddle pods? Just concerned the two additional applications being turned on at the same time may draw to much power for the circuit/system

@kmorgan3 , any input on this?

No issues with that setup on mine. They barely draw anything.

Ah yes sorry you start from passenger. But yes keep connecting as if you were going to loop back to driver but you stop at the rear driver

I haven’t had any issues and/or heard of any on the customer support front. Occasional issue with people hooking up the splitter wrong and whatnot, but nothing concerning fuse popping, etc.

Yeah, I know, it makes no sense.

As to popular? I still say why? There are so many factory "features" that make no sense (to me and others) but we have to pay for them because the sales pitch works with others and the trucks are built that way.

Not sure I would laugh at the idea of illuminated wheel wells though. Its done quite a bit by people and might be done more if someone had a decent kit for the right price.
