    Hey everybody, I'm new here. This is my 2001 Tacoma SR5. It has about 175,000 miles and still runs as strong as ever. This is my first car and it was given to me by my dad after helping build the deck on our house over the summer. I want to work on it myself as much as possible instead of having to spend money taking it to a mechanic so i figured this would be the place to come.

    Yeah. Once I graduate this year, I'm going to Penn tech for automotive technology. I have some things I'd like to do to my truck but there's always the ever present problem of money.

    I know. Space was pretty tight at the time. There was a pile of bricks in the spot to the side where I usually park but i had to back up enough to leave enough room for my dad to pull his truck into the garage. By the way, my dad has a 2011 Tacoma so I guess that makes us a Tacoma family.
