the 87mm pulley tune for setups without fueling upgrades of some sort will be an additional $50 over the 90mm tune (total of $750 for remote tune pack sale). This is because the 90mm pulley is the default size for the magnuson supercharger. There is no option to waive receipt of the 90mm tune and save $50 by receiving only the 87mm pulley tune.

I have been running the new tune since it came out and it's amazing. I actually think the SC + Magnuson Tune was worse than stock for drivability and was only good for dyno numbers and the YW tune make my truck come alive.

That being said I am known for some "spirited" driving from time to time and the last couple of weeks I have been getting a CEL and checking the codes it is saying my MAF is wrong. I tool the MAF out and it looked brand new. I cleaned it anyway and put it back in, cleared the codes and it came back. Logging shows the MAF working fine. I know our MAF has MAF + IAT in it and the maggy kit splits the IAT to after the IC, but i am not sure that would be the same code or not.

Anyone else getting MAF codes with thier SC and/or tune? Only think I can think is that we are flowing TOO much air and it's confusing the computer. Usually appears after some "spirited" driving.

I have been running the stryker+ tune since release as well and have not had the same results. I would double-check all of your intake connections to make sure you aren't getting any unmetered air downstream of the MAF into the throttle body. I have had zero problems with anything, except the typical Maggy coolant reservoir cap leaking but they replaced it under warranty, and a slight oil seep from the oil cooler spacer, but that was my fault and I fixed it pretty quickly. Other than those two extremely minor things I have had ZERO issues. Before, during, and after the Stryker+ install.

I also have been running the Stryker tune since the day it was released and have close to 5,000 miles on the supercharger. No issues to report, just smiles per gallon.

how do you like the "+" tune. I've been considering testing it out but uncertain as to how aggressive it is. Reguar Stryker works great but always wondering about the "+"

    TIA

Well I can't compare it to the regular Stryker tune because I haven't ran that one yet, but I really like the + version. Throttle response is really nice. I don't really have any complaints other than if you are not in a "get up and go" mood you have to baby it to get stockish MPGs. But that may also be because I'm on a 1 inch larger E-load tire and I like moving. Lol. My MPGs were already suffering before the s\c and then the stryker+ because of that. But all-in-all I really enjoy it. One day I'll load up the non-+ version and see what the difference is.

I would also begin by investigating any potentially unmetered air, MAF sensor cleanliness (which you've done), air filter condition, and status or condition of wiring for MAF and/or adjacent wires.

Unfortunately MAF codes can be quite vague and they really don't point to anything in particular. Kind of like how the generic misfire code simply denotes the presence of misfire without specifying the cylinder like the other codes that follow it.

I had a CEL before the YW tune and it turned out to be a loose hose from the intake. I've added 2k miles since and had a fuel restriction turn on for me a couple times. I reloaded the YW tune with the non gear locking and non + and all is right with the world! Driving has been a real pleasure. I'm in the Wash DC region so if anyone needs help let me know!

I drive with a pretty light foot - only expecting acceleration when I increase pressure on the skinny pedal. The Stryker 90mm standard does fine - kicks major ass when you decide to use more pedal than necessary to get to any speed. Stockish MPG nearly all the time. Pretty sure the "+" would get a WTF response from the passenger and driver. Someday. Oh, someday!

Just wanted to stop by and say thanks to Ziggy again. This tune is still running strong,I pulled my 5'x10' trailer loaded with 1/2 yrd of gravel chip up to the cabin this past weekend. It goes from 3500' elevation to 5600' in about 5 miles of winding uphill road. I kept it in fourth gear all the way up the hill and only lost 10mph by the time I hit the top.

I started with '+' and now testing regular Stryker. I didn't mind the throttle response of the '+' during street riding but I found the regular to be adequate as well, for now. The biggest thing from me with the '+' was managing the throttle when going slow over obstacles. In the short time I rode the '+', I couldn't control the throttle as I wanted when going over obstacles. I'm sure if I ride it long enough I can probably get used to it, but the regular Stryker has enough pop on the street to keep me going and can control it better during slow riding.

@Mcbelen over here on a long road trip, racking up the miles on the YWNexus Blackhawk AD tune, and observing excellent fuel economy while he's at it. If I'm mistaken, he daily drives the premium fuel tune version and is still on it for this trip.

These shots are at 75 and 85mph in his 6MT Tacoma (stock 4.30 gears).

@Mcbelen is also a YotaWerx networked tuner in the Houston, TX area.

My gas mileage went down by 2mpg. Hasn’t come up at all. 600miles on tune.
