Would someone just set up an official or non official meet up thread for Rancho... Or some place else near Tampa.

Yea, it's only an hour away from the house.

I have plans for the next 3 weekends already. Next saturday I am going to run up to Ocala for the day to meet up with the group that is up there camping. The south end of ONF really isn't that far of a drive. Maybe 1.5 hours away. If any of you guys are interested in running up there that morning and hanging out for the day let me know.

As far as setting something up, would any of you be intersted in running up to citrus either the 12th or 13th of next month. Let me know which day would work better and we can try and plan for one of those days.

This is a Tampa thread, citrus is far in relation to Rancho. Make a TAMPA meet up.

I can be in citrus faster than i can get out to rancho. 18 minutes up the suncoast parkway, then 10 minutes from there to be in the woods.
If you wanna go out to rancho I have some friends camping out there the weekend of the 5th and 6th. I won't be out there till late saturday night or early sunday morning.
If wanna do something other than play in the mud at rancho, your going to have to drive a little ways to do it.

    Does Plasti-Dip count as a mod ?
Citrus and Croom are loads of fun. Decent trails, little mud, little technical stuff. I'd be up for a meet there.

Croom you do have to pay for a pass for the atv's and dirtbikes. Pricing varies on the time of year.

A yearly pass for croom is somewhere around $50-$75

There is a permit / fee for the Croom motorcycle / atv park. That's separate from the wildlife management area. I've seen plenty of jeeps and other 4x4s running the few trails that are there. It's not as big or 'nice' as Citrus, but it's something else to choose from that doesn't involve mud holes.
