Yes, especially in CO. When I live in NY and MA, always wore it as well, you only get one skin organ. If I am on an extended ride, I wear arm protectors with high protection. Less suncreen and it does not come off, plus you can douse them with water for some cooling.

If I'm going to somewhere without much shade, i'll wear a 3/4 or full jersey.

Maybe a little sunscreen on my neck, but so far I haven't had an issue with sun on MTB here in the SE.

I’ll be visiting Disney world the week of august 1st, and have that Tuesday and Friday to hang. Anyone know if good riding and where I can rent a bike around the area?

Stay home and buy everyone new bikes. That'll be cheaper than the Disney rip-off. Shorter lines too.

Never ridden out there but looks like plenty to choose from out there

I have heard good things about The Path bike shop

Only downside it's likely to be pretty toasty out here during that time.

The crank arm removal tool came in early today as I was able to get into it. Was blown away with the bottom bracket, it was finger loose in the frame - not sure if it was nicely torqued from the factory or not (found a few loose bolts on the bike when I took it out of the box). Tightened it up and put everything back together - probably going to ride it like this for a bit and see if the slop has fully gone away in the drive train.

    Appreciate the advice!

I'm starting to think the racing clutch setup will be too much. I grabbed some throttle and dumped the clutch, and did a wild fishtail burnout on the main boulevard at rush hour.
I had to do that by accident to realize how strong this clutch is now.

Dude, it's hot as heck down there right now. I think @honda50r did the Tallahassee trails before, and if I remember correctly @Dr. Doom Says lives in FL.

Thanks. I knew not everyone would appreciate it.

    I don't even own a mountain bike.
Well, I did, but I stripped it for parts.

I built this from the carcass.

Found some new take Enduro S Hydra’s online in Superboost, how much would you guys be willing to spend on them?

Also, who here has them and what’s your thoughts and what can you compare them to? I know they’re 28 hole rims, and I think they’re J-spokes so I’m not locked into I9’s dumb proprietary stuff if I ever choose to upgrade.

edit: I not think I’m wrong on the proprietary part.. question still stands though.. $600 for a $975 Wheelset.

I have the 1/1 and love them, i`d really like to get my hands on a set of Hydra`s just for the sound alone! If you can get a set for $600, i`d do it. Even if you hate them, you`d still make money on the resale.

I’ve got them. This is the second set for me. Previous set were boost, current are super. Can’t give any comparisons as I’m just a peasant so these are as bougie as I’ve gone on wheelsets.

For $600 it’s a great wheelset to have as a primary or even a backup set.
