Speaking of not cheap. First tree guy flaked out on me. New company that has amazing reviews on the google is coming out first thing in the morning to remove it for $2375

 

Too many transplants moving to Greenville and Charleston driving up prices to live there.

 

Indian Land is blowing up like crazy as well. Is it that hard for you NC people to stay north of the boarder?

You're right. I grew up in Fort Mill in the days when Indian Land was truly Indian land and nothing but a tiny community. My wife's from there and she always gets shocked stares when she wears her Indian Land sweat shirt around Anderson...guess it's now a politically incorrect town - they'll be changing their name soon to Guardian Land. LOL

Since I moved down here, all I hear from my coworkers is that Greenville and Charleston have become major “woke”towns.
