Reno, Tahoe, and Vegas in NV (including Red Rocks - climbing). Lived in Cottonwood AZ for 4 years, which is in the high country.

Its more than just the weather, but I found Reno and Tahoe rather chilly in the spring and fall.

 

Damn it. Now I want to go climb at Red Rocks. Tis not the season though. Even Icebox gets hot as fuck in summer.
