lol, you are so right...I'm your neighbor up north (I literally live 5 mins from the Michigan border) People look at me funny when I tell then I oil my truck twice a year, and it still looks like the titanic underwater.

why i rather not get "clone" OEM parts. Not worth the hassle. Glad you got it and it looks great!

I purchased them from Hotshot’s last sale where they offered free assembly. I opted for the 11/9 to net 2”, same as my OME coilovers I was removing. I’ve been running the JBA UCA’s for 2 years now and absolutely love them! Although not necessary with my lift height it was a night and day difference both on and off road.

Installed some LUXX-Series Sequential LED tail lights! Stoked on how they look. Way better than stock in my opinion.00F73DBF-2308-4BD6-A773-36A5270909EE.jpg

I think it was more the way I installed it. But, yeah, I think from here on out OEM will be my first choice, even if it does cost a bit more. Lesson learned.

Removed warning stickers from visors. Used iron and cloth trick. Worked great with minimal goo left over. Pics make it looks a little worse than what I see. Look dusty too but maybe lighting. 20220721_151139.jpg 20220721_151133.jpg

Painted my skid plate black yesterday. I'm...not as excited about it as I thought I would be. I thought I hated the silver OEM color, but now that it's gone, I realize it added some visual interest that is now missing. Oh well.

Yeah the truck is just covered in ash from everything around us burning though. LOL
That being said not having to worry about rust is nice.

Nice! Husky is the way to go because they're a whole lot easier to clean than those weather tech mats.

IMO, red on black is a nice contrast and unique.

Finally got around to de-badging. Left in the sun for a couple hours and stickers came right off. Slid fishing line behind the emblems. A bit of work getting the foam adhesive off left by the emblems but not too bad. Tar-x did a great job getting left over adhesive off. Happy with the result!20220721_135306.jpg

This. I tried to cheap out with both the knock-off pro tails and pro grille.. and sent both back because the quality was laughable. OEM is perfect fit and finish. Very happy I decided to go this route.

Looks awesome. This is what I'll be doing as well after I finish the stereo and buy the TRD skid. I was thinking of doing white lettering, but that red is pretty good and would flow with my other red accents. Truck looks rad dude.
