I finally broke down and had to put lock-tite on it. Thing kept backing out at the most inopportune times.

I recently saw raptor (rapture) lights on a Highlander. I actually laughed out loud because that thing is skinny as hell. Barely room on the grille for all three.

If you mod, you mod! it's continuous and always changing. And, what kind of lights are people using that it's that bright? Mine are just orange lights that do nothing but let others see that I'm there at night (hopefully). Also, this was that same garbage I kept hearing from Ford/Dodge/Chevy/Jeep people about the mirror lights on the FJ Cruiser...."why did toyota put them there?" Who cares....just make it yours and make it unique.

Because this is the internet. It's people's job to sit behind phones and keyboards and wait to be irritated by someone or something. And if they can't find anything, then they just wait for someone else to find something and pile on. Been going on since the age of AOL dial-up

Same thing about the houses.... just like people go by the houses that they haven't seen before... like "oh that skylight", "Honey, I want skylight on my house like that house we saw!" ... "Oh, I want that covered porch" blah blah. That has been going around since the houses built back in 1700s..

Heheh. I remember AOL days. I was a software developer during those days. AOL 2.5 and 3.0 were the best. 4.0 is good too.. AOL died down shortly after when 5.0 came out, I mean people left to join other social media sites such as FB, MySpace.

Anyway, you are right about that.. but it has been going on way before internet started. I mean people gather and gossip over a drink of some kind such as coffee, tea, beer, etc. Even corded phones.

I certainly agree with that. But the internet has made it worse because people are not face to face anymore. That has desensitized them.

good point. I always say that if you were standing in line, someone wouldn't just cut in front of you (to deal with you face to face), but you see them do it in their cars all the time. The internet is no different as you say.

I saw a Highlander the other day with AT tires, AM wheels roof basket and lights. I don't think it was lifted, but maybe it was. No Raptor Lights that I noticed.

People will tailgate on the road, I can't say I have ever seen people do that in the grocery store.

It can happen. I was at Costco one day and admittedly in a bad mood that day. I was pushing my cart up to have the employee check my receipt and some asswipe ran up from behind, passed me, cut me off and pulled up to get his stuff checked first. It was just so blatant and flat out pissed me off and I ended up crashing into him from behind with my cart. Of course he flipped out we were ready to go at each other and security came over and broke it up.
