This will be an upgrade from the 3.5 V6 engine and transmission issue. Wish they had the cement color as I'd be all over it. However, I'm leaning on the MGM color and modding it for myself. :anonymous:

    started out as this
    [IMG]

it was a really fun winter project to turn it into this. runs off milwaukee m18 batteries now, gets over an hour worth of play time with a m18 5.0 pack. added 24v power system, all the lights, a horn, and a usb charging port. i call it my large scale portable usb charger:

I find the value curve interesting. A decent quality (non electric) pool cleaner will run you $500+ for what amounts to less plastic, no electronics, no batteries, and a much simpler design. Granted, probably better plastics.

Oh, and probably less litigation risk to consider as well.

If soundman has nieces and nephews that visit his place, he probably gets the favorite uncle award.

There was this guy I met in Mill Valley who had a decent acreage and discretionary income. A divorced dude, his kids only came every other weekend, and he loved kids, so he had like seven power wheels charging outside and a homemade autocross track for the neighborhood kids to drive on. No joke, we would be out for the day and come back to his house and all these kids had just walked into his yard and were there tearing up the track with his power wheels. Hysterical. Sometimes they didn’t even say hi to him—they’d just bail at some point and leave the cars unplugged or flipped or whatever. He loved it. Madness.
