Hey guys need some suggestions on leaf packs currently have about a 2.5 -2.75 inch lift on the front using bilstein 6112 but I had some sagging on the rear so about a year ago I added a one inch block as a temporary fix now I got a kB voodoo bed rack and a rtt so need some suggestions on good leaf packs I plan on leaving the bed rack and tent on as well, would like to see what you guys are running for similar setups thanks in advance…

Definitely pricey but it's a buy once, cry once sort of thing. I tried to make due with an AAL for a while but it didn't last and started sagging. I put on the Deaver springs a couple months ago and should've done it sooner.

    Just called them
Up they seem pretty cool said I could drive up the truck and they look and see what stage I needed also there leaf packs appear to have more individual thinner springs then the old man emu?

Its a 9 leaf pack vs the 6 or 7 from OME. this way they can keep the spring rate really progressive so they ride nice and they also don't squeak like the OME ones

Its not the bushing that make the noise, its the leaf pack themselves

oh got ya the actual leaf to leaf contact would make the metal squeak probably need constant grease to stop it I wonder either way a pain

Yeah every spring maker claims to put isolators between the leafs but clearly some of them work better than others.

I'm in the same boat as you OP. Bed rack, heavy-ish RTT, and I'm about to add a decked system in the bed. AAL is not gonna cut it for much longer, everyone says to go with the Deavers. Anyone got any intel on the best place online to pick some up? There are approximately 8 million websites I have found so far, I am not familiar with most of them, and I'm not sure who's the most reputable to buy from. I've ordered from stage 3 before and they usually have pretty competitive prices, may go with them again?

If you can find free shipping somewhere that's your best bet, or if you can pick them up from a distributor. If not just call Deaver and they'll sell em to you

@FL-Taco-Dude-32754 mentioned in another post the new Rough Country set have Teflon pads between the springs, and the shackle bolts have a newlydesigned nurl cut washer and sleeve installed so the sleeve should not spin inside the bushing.

Not a recommendation. Just sharing info on the subject.
