Are these normal heights from the factory? It was done with nothing in the bed but a full tank of gas, so there is that to think about. Measurements taken from center of hubcap to bottom of fender flare so tire inflation is not a thing (I still aired them all to 32lbs first lol):

    LF: 20.25" RF: 20.5"

    LR: 20.5" RR: 21.5"

That right-rear is a full inch higher? And the left-front is 1/4 inch lower?

This week I'm having Eibach Pro-Truck Coilover 2.0 Stage 2's (E86-82-007-01-22) installed (I don't have the tools or a lift or the time to do it myself) so will take measurements after installation to compare. At least I can adjust the front heights individually this weekend to level the front...

Left rear is taking the weight of the tank. You are also more than likely experiencing a phenomenon knows as "taco lean"

    Pretty standard actually.

Yeah, that's "normal" for a Tacoma. It's said that it is due to the weight of the tank, battery and driver all being on the driver's side of the truck. It's a well known quirk that you would think Toyota would have come up with a solution for by now.

There are affordable 1/4" spacers available for the front D/S that will level it out. I got mine from Toytech.

After a lift it will likely be level again for a period. Without a remedy though, once the suspension is broken in/settled, you'll most likely see the lean again.

EDIT: At one point, I had 700lb springs on my truck mainly to compensate for the added weight of my bumper/winch, but also to mitigate the "Taco lean". I found that the springs made it ride like a dump truck and I'm back to 650lb springs with a 1/4" spacer on the front D/S corner; much more comfortable and no issues after about 20,000 miles with the spacer.

Your rear measurements seem a bit low and I’m surprised your front ones are the same. The passenger side is typically a bit higher. I’ve found is fairly easy to be off 0.25-0.5” when taking hub to fender measurements.

I neglected to measure my truck pre-lift, but what I’ve been able to gather, typical stock 4x4 V6 DCSB measurements are:

    LF 20.5-21”. RF 21-21.5”
    LR 21.5-22” RR 22-22.5”

So I guess after the replacement struts I can adjust the front to be level but not the rear, will that affect anything or should I even care about the rear left to right not being even?

I have the same lean on my built 2021 OR. It wasn't there stock but after the suspension settled it definitely was. Same with aftermarket. Easy to fix the front with adjustable coilovers, but the rear leans 1" driver. I don't really want to put a block on it to level it out. Is there a more secure solution?

A 1/4" spacer on top of the LF coilover seems to be a common solution for the lean.

Don't worry about making the truck level F-R. The rake is there so you can actually use it as a truck.

As far as various measurements go, when a sports car is corner weighted, trying to achieve the illusive perfect balance, it's easy to wind up with no matching measurements. Point is, measurements you're looking at don't impact handling anything like weight balance does.

Most trucks carry more weight over the front axle than the rear, when unloaded of course. That's why the difference in your measurements is more pronounced in the rear. A small change in the front will result in a larger change in the rear. Adjusting the front to make it level (left to right) should result in a level rear end as well, assuming your frame isn't bent/twisted.

Here are mine measurements. Don't remember if I have empty tank or full. Your LR seems low.

Taco lean is not a problem unless you make it one. It can however be offset with spacers, preload, and/or putting weight on the passenger side.

All 3 of my "pre" Tacoma trucks all had the gas tank on the passenger side. They had a slight lean but it balanced out when I drove them.

So just picked up the truck after installation of the new Eibach's and here are the new measurements (compare to post #1):

    LF: 22.25" RF: 23.0"

    LR: 20.5" RR: 21.75"

The left rear didn't change at all, right rear only went up 1/4 of an inch. Left front went up 2 inches and right front went up 2.5 inches. Still with a full tank of gas.

Is this typical of new suspensions? I didn't add blocks to the rear because I'm putting on a new front bumper that weighs around 150 pounds so that will bring the front down a tad.
