I have a bright red taco, and I hate it! lol! I would love to do a flat black, black out, with the red label Grabbers. :D I'm not talking about a rattle can job, either. I think it would look killer, if done right.

Most people would die for a red taco... only color that matters in the taco is pink :D

I think its called satin black and very hard to paint on properly although it usually looks good from 50 ft or so. A good job will depend on how good the paint mixer, body prepper and painter are. Does look good though, had my old 71 chev painted that way unfortunately that was before the age of digital cameras.

Mine is not Flat, sitting more in the Satin area but here it is.

Just did the bed cage thing so I need to paint the new glass and maybe a new hood. Last time this color painted pretty easily, hoping that happens again.

Yeah it's pretty cool. If I remember right, that truck was initially some other color, and what is on it is vinyl, all over the truck. I remember a thread on here about it once upon a time.

Yeah that pic did show it best, only reason I posted Ryans pic haha.

Thanks, truck has come a long way since I bought it as a white bone stock 5 lug. Hoping to get the cab all caged, get seats and harnesses by my bday in Sept.
