Every time I've done the triple falls hike out there, I see guys fishing. I've only rode bikes around the rest of it, so can't help you much. Beautiful out there though.

 

too bad I don’t play golf and hate HOAs or I’d move in. Also Alexander Co schools. I’d have to find a private school over that mess.

The house is ugly as hell anyway. I'm with ya on both, but I liked the house. So far I haven't had my pee pee slapped over welding in my driveway, the look of disdain from the neighbors when I drive the taco through the hood is priceless!!

I've got 99 problems but I'm glad kids aren't one!!

 

Looks like they swapped out the wheels with GX470 wheels I should buy it just so I have a backup set of wheels for my GX

 

Everybody who has looked at the house so far for the tree and the roof have said it’s an amazing piece of property to raise kids on. #winning

All of the neighbors are super nice! Its going to suck when the 80 year old lady next door croaks and some loud obnoxious family moves in with their dirtbikes. Wait a second the people that owned our house before us died of old age and we moved in with dirtbikes

 

When do you expect them to die off? Asking for a friend who has mini bikes and go karts
