holy hell I'm tired this AM

6am morning toddler wake up call I most definitely did not put in a request for

 

at least they are always with their shopping cart though and it's right in front of them, the worst are people that put their shopping cart off to one side of the aisle while they look at stuff on the other side, completely blocking anyone else from being able to go by. Worse yet when they act like you aren't there trying to get by them.

 

Well this is annoying...

The house has Leviton motion sensor light switches. I've known this since we moved in due to the little half domes on them. I just never bothered with them until now.

Most google searches pull up a different version of these switches as I'm trying to find out the settings on them.

I keep running across a model that has 4 settings - 0 (30 seconds) 1 (5 minutes) 2 (10 minutes) 3 (20 or 30 minutes) and Range.

Mine's different in that it has a finer adjustment dial with no numbers, as well as lux and sensitivity. The first 2 are self-explanatory but I don't want to sit here every 5-10-20 minutes trying to figure out these timer settings

Replace them. Can't be that many.

Why replace something I can use?

Got one set to 'auto on' with motion. Turns off after 3 minutes of inactivity.

Will set the rest the same way.

Last house I just had regular switches on them all.

What I do want to get rid of, when I want to do something, is replace the outlets.

 

If I ever roll my truck I'm gonna stuff something like this on the frame

 

I hate the 'stretched tires in the rear' look but YES to the whole truck

Got damn that's hot.

 

Take my Comptia Sec+ exam for my job Monday. If I fail life is going to suck for another 3+ months. If I pass life can start moving along again.

Taco left me stranded today. Battery died and wouldnt jump start.

A call to my dad and $200 got me back on the road again.



Also pretty sure Im now on a Christmas card basis with the clerk at the hardware store I was at. Dude would not stop talking while I waited for my dad.

Put some miles on the Ford toting around the trailer this morning and seems happier with fresh Ford Mercon LV. I'll probably do another drain and fill soon since dropping the pan only drains about half of the 18qt total.

 

Plenty of options out there. I'm sure you can find one you hate at a price you're comfortable with.
