Trust me there are more people moving to FL than going back.

I'm no lawyer, but if it's under inspection that means an offer was accepted. Not saying it can't be unwound, but I'm guessing it's a pain for the seller to walk away during the offer pending phase. (From memory I think you are supposed to compensate the buyer for all expenses, take the house off the market, and disclose to all future buyers the reason why. And hope like hell they don't sue for discrimination.)

That said, you can get real mean with further negotiations. Deny all concessions and hope the buyer walks. But if they know what they have and it's as much of a steal as what's being implied, I doubt it.

 

Yea we will see what they come up with tomorrow. My wife is set on not making any concessions.

that is like the cheapest of cheap filters. No wonder why the coil is dirty. I use a 3M with a MERV 12 rating.. pretty sure that filter is like a -5, a napkin has better filtering capabilities.

 

inspection is before the offer comes to the table in my world because I wanna know what I’m getting before the offer
