Great rate, your guaranteed half that rate in the first 6 months, the next 6 months rate will be different.

And the climbing bond market usually means bad news for the future of our economy...

To buy such bonds, we must have enough faith that government will pay us back upon converting the printed paper bond back into printed money into our accounts. I don't see the printing press slowing down atleast for another 2 years.

    keurig shit the bed today...
Wife said she went to turn it on and it was dead...unplugged and plugged back in and the receptacle sparked.
So I think it's the transformer has died...but these things are a massive pain in the ass to disassemble...Already had one of the body screws rust out and I had to snap the plastic coupler...
So this guy is showing you how to take it apart...and then we get to this classic...

Only half of the rate is paid 6 months, the rate could decrease/increase and the other half is paid at 12 months whatever the rate may be.

Still way better than any CD or savings account, ideal to keep the bond for 15months or more and even better after the 5 year mark to avoud the 3 month intrest penalty.

Nobody is pulling out after half a year though. You’ll receive the full rate if you just wait for a couple years.

In other news, this is going to be fun to watch

Dang you rich folks with those fancy coffee machines and kcups....
I only buy the black Friday deals, the $20 special Mr. Coffee brewer with timer and bulk coffee preferably community coffee, 40oz large bags makes like 150 cups for $17. Those Mr. Coffee machines last about 4 to 5 years, I always keep a new one for back up.

I have lots of silver and I have been thinking about unloading it all, I hate having to store this crap and it's just stupid time consuming to sell because the coins, bars, silverware vary so much in price.

Yes, it means nothing to me, I'd rather sell it, use the funds for something else.

Aero press is nice my dad loves his.
I like to start the day off with a French press than move on to espresso at like 830 when my solar panels are cranking enough to power the espresso machine.

French Press for life. I mean that. Been using one since I first started making my own coffee. Have tried every other method available including the Aero but none produce the same way the french press does. It's truly the perfect way to brew coffee if you like a light to medium roast like I do. I keep thinking about buying a DeLonghi machine for those rare espresso moments but the old stove top Bialeti does just fine still. lol

    Nice machine.

I think using the old fashion percolator coffee pot is what I like best. When I build our next house at my farm, gonna have gas burning stove fo sure.
