    I finally got bigger tires 2020 Long Travel Tacoma 1997 MAGNUM
    I was going on a lake crossing and went a little bit too far over and ended up getting stuck on a rock with my lower control arms and my front skid plate. The truck was in the water for 3 hours and had about 8 inches of water in the cab. After getting towed out it drives the same as it did before. No check engine light, speaker still works and so does everything else.

    Doesn't look like the air intake was anywhere near being under water.

    It was at the end of the lake where a creek let out. Intake was no where near the water for majority of the time.

    Anyone know if there's any wiring harness or stuff I should be worried about?

    I would be worried about the 8 inches of water in the cab and the fluid in the gear boxes given that it was submerged for so long. If it were me, I'd gut the interior and change the fluids.

    As for the wiring harnesses, seems like you may have got lucky with the electronics, but I would pull apart the connectors, inspect and clean as needed.

    I'd 2nd the fluids concern. Rear & Front diff fluid change is a 100% must do IMO. I'm sure your diff has hot, whch make a vacuum effect for the water, if it was over the Diff Breather...which it looks awful close to me. A musty smell will be an issue in the interior if you dont get it cleaned up right away. Not to be a downer but some electrical gremlins might start popping up, hopefully not though!

    That doesn't look too bad. Dry it out and drive it. I think the biggest issue you will have is the inside of truck is going to smell like a waterfront whorehouse at low tide for a bit.
