    Truck was build on 07/12, no movement so far. I dont know about the hash key situtation, couldnt figure it out.

    It is the temporary VIN, the truck is scheduled to be buil on 07/30. Once it turns into a perm VIN, its going to be only numbers on the last 6 digits of it.
