    Question,

when you installed the rocklights, did you wire the mictuning control box to the switch panel? Did that allow you to still to use the Bluetooth function and the button on the panel?
Or did you wire the lights directly to switch panel, bypassing the module?

Last question, which switch did you wire to 15amps or 30?

Can't speak for OP's setup, but I'd assume he wired the mictuning control box to the switch panel for power purposes (ability to toggle on/off). When control box/lights are powered on, you could then use the bluetooth functions. The lights have to have the module to retain bluetooth functions, and there'd be no reason to buy these particular lights if you planned to bypass the module, since thats what you're truly paying for.

As for my setup, I bought a custom harness from @kmorgan3 to power the lights from the OE bed light 3 way switch. This allows for me to have 3 functions for the lights power options:
-Bed Light Toggle Off - rocklights off
-Bed Light Toggle Middle, Doors Open/Close - rocklights on and off with door open/close
-Bed Light Toggle On- rocklights always on

I leave mine on the middle toggle function (doors open, lights on/doors close, lights off). So basically, I just leave the lights "on" according to the app, and they actually power on and off when power is given/taken away.

    Thanks @Off Topic Guy

I like your setup. I think I’ll eventually be going that route as well, for now just want to get them wired up.

Did you have to add wire to run the passenger rear door the engine bay/control box? I’m wondering if I can cut replace my driver rock light wire since it’s closest and run splice that extra to the rear passenger.

Not sure exactly what you're asking, but its a really simple setup. I'd advise sending a PM to @kmorgan3. He answered tons of my dumb questions and made things super simple with his harness. You don't need to splice any of the light wires; the module will be mounted on your roof rack somewhere, and all 4 corners have plenty of cord to reach. From the backside of the module, you'll have a power/ground, and the power/ground is what you'll feed down the side of the windshield into the engine bay, ground wire to body ground somewhere, and power wire to the switch (to be triggered by bed light relay via the custom harness). Just send him a PM, he can explain it much better, and give you the exact pics and details of what you're buying with a simple to follow install instructions.

So I have the control box in the engine bay. So the opposite corner of that would be rear passenger light. The cable won’t reach running the cable along with roof rack, down the windshield, and then across the engine bay but if the module is mounted on the roof rack I can see why that wouldn’t be an issue.
Thank again man! I’ll shoot him a message.

Mictuning does sell extensions if you want to keep the module engine bay mounted, but it just seems like one loomed section of power/ground feeding up the windshield is better than 4 individual wires for the lights. There's no right or wrong way technically, just depends on how you want to deal with wire management.
