    I was surprised rates went down for July, I expected them to go up. My truck is sitting at the factory only 8 hours away so I really need it to get here before Aug 1st. I may just start financing before even seeing the truck just to get the 1.9%

    The dealership I am buying mine from said they could lock in a rate 30 days out, but never said they could go ahead and finance it before it even got there. I wonder if that is even an option.
