Just got done watching the whole thing; man that truck is so thoughtfully built out.

 

Man, ruined my perfect attendance by not going to school today.

Freaking back has kept me from being able to walk even. Forcing myself to stretch, hoping it helps.

 

Yoga, the low impact kind is super good to get you moving again, always helps with the nerve pain I get, nice hot room and some slow stretches

 

That's what my wife's friend said.

That's cause my wife mentioned a massage, or scheduling with a chiropractor.

you don't mean that literally hot (Bikram) yoga do you....I did a Bikram yoga class once maybe 10 years ago and I swear it nearly killed me. Room was a literal sauna

I started doing more when I hurt my back around christmas and it has helped fwiw

 

I can't do the sauna shit, but 80ish degree room (shouldn't be hard to come by in CA right now) should do

 

It does, but it's my own fault for pushing myself at awkward positions and whatnot.

It is, and though my back hurts nearly every day, it's rarely this bad where I can't plant my right heel without feeling like I'm going to buckle underneath and fall.

 

yeah it was insane how hot and humid they kept the room. And the floor was carpet, which was disgusting when you think about all the sweat from everyone that was probably soaked up in it.

 

I mean, that garlic bread does look amazing

 

Dude, 10 mins of her "lower back pain" stretches and I already feel quite a bit more mobile.
