    Bacon and enough parmasean then you could put about anything on there.....

    I don't like pineapple with a bunch of other ingredients that's for sure but with a smoked pig product would eat.

    But I love anchovies on my pizza so there is that.

    Not a fan of heartachokes on pizza. Fresh artichoke by itself is not bad but those jarred ones on pizza no good.

    Anchovies, white onions, and sausage is my all time favorite pizza combo. I put a little vinegar based hot sauce on right before eating :hungry:

    In the meantime, we got a pizza stone. My other half can't have gluten so I made hers with Bobs Redmill GF pizza mix (the one on the peel). Just ok. Mine, the rectangular one, was Trader Joe's dough with pepperoni (after pic was taken).

    I’ve come to the realization that people won’t eat pineapple on pizza, but absolutely will eat charcuterie.

    So, pairing fruit and cheese comes down to temperature.

    Hot cheese and juicy fruit = X
