EAA Air Venture this week. Lots of planes flying over the past few days. Hoping to get some warbirds to fly over.
Looks like they have real good weather this week. I have no plans of going. Vacation is all spoken for and weekends are project days.

Headed home today after a little wrong turn action I ended up on mossy creek for a little bit this morning. I’m not sure how that keeps happening the navigation function on my phone keeps acting up :notsure: Yesterday I ended up on pine creek in the PA mountains. Caught one rainbow but the chub bite was on. I did a little better on mossy this morning though. Caught a little brown and a rainbow.

Florida doesn’t have open carry in public. You can open carry on private property which is what we are doing while we do field work the property. The rest of the time it’s concealed carry if you have a permit which is easy to get down here.

    Afternoon everyone :hattip:

Just got back home from the VA Ortho appt

Had a long visit with one of the surgeons he explained the options I have regarding my left knee . He mentioned i can get my knee scoped or the knee replaced and the surgery could be as early as this coming October

He then looked over my recent MRI and x-rays and showed me the shredded meniscus , damaged PCL and ACL . The damaged ACL and PCL are what is making my knee to severely hyper extend . Now with the hyper extension a surgeon I saw two months ago stated the hyper extension is a result from my neurological disorder and would not be a candidate for knee replacement because of that

The surgeon I saw today I going to review my records and bring my case up during their weekly medical review panel and discuss what would be the best option or outcome me . He will then contact me by phone on Wednesday to let me know what my options are

Good news at the vets. Pups fasting blood glucose was 145 this morning, I learned 140 is the high end of the scale for “normal.” Vet thinks it will drop a little more so we have another visit for next Monday. If it’s still a little high we will tweak his insulin dose then. Looks like we caught this in time.

Hopefully, you will get the best medical advice and treatment for your condition. I know I have some issues with knees and hips, which makes you more immobile. Then, the added weight follows.
