    crazy considering I bought my house 5 years ago for $300k. Prices here are just nuts, there’s a billboard up 20 mins south of me advertising “affordable estate-like homes “ starting at $1.15 mil o_O

    Yes. It's crazy here. People offering above asking price on shit. Way over inflated prices. People buying houses that aren't built and won't be built for another year.

    Just an example theres this shit hole.
    A 1970's mobile home and a 1890's farmhouse on 5 acres. 1.3 mil
    For two places that should have been condemned and torched a decade ago. The windows are single pane. There are cracks along the windows and doors that you can see light through. The foundations are cracked - I think the mobile is actually on a concrete block wall. The heating doesn't work and when it does its electrical baseboard so your winter electric bill in near 1000. The well pumps are ancient. The roof in the mobile leaked and walls were never really fixed. I could go on but you get the point...
