Replace golf with fishing and I am pretty much onboard.

I love my air fryer and use it almost daily. I make chicken thighs/legs in it with great results. Turns out perfectly juicy and never dry. I much prefer it over anything store bought.

Send some good vibes my way, seeing the doctor tomorrow for my hand. Praying that they put a cast on. Been rocking the splint since my ER visit almost 10 days ago. Hopefully they don’t mention anything about surgery. I just want to get back to full duty already.

I feel ya there man. I tore all the ligaments off my ankle and fractured my fibula 2 days before America's birthday. Made for a very fun 4th.
I had surgery on the 7th and just got in a boot vs the cast. Still sucks but so much better then the cast.
4 more weeks with no weight on it...
Never thought I'd say it. But I'm dieing to get back to work.

    Happy healing

For those that like Chik FIL a chicken nuggets, go to Costco and get a bag of the Bare chicken nuggets. Can't tell the difference and available on Sunday too.

9 minutes in your air fryer and grab the sauce.

Hey @RobP62! Sorry for the super late reply. Been super busy with school and work and a lot of things happening in my personal life, but been surviving thus far. Btw, I might be up in your neck of the woods late August time-frame to help a buddy move (i think bel-air area). I'd be down to grab a bite to eat or get coffee somewhere. I also got those roof rack handles if you're still interested!

I can't imagine dude. I hope you have a quick recovery time. I'm sill at work, just in plain clothes sitting at a desk all day. Loads of fun. Slowly losing my mind.

I will certainly play with that. I plan on trying a paste style rub first. I combined about a dozen or so of dry spices & brown sugar last night so it's ready. In a little while I'll rinse, separate, and dry the wings. Then, since I'm not using any breading, I want to score them some so the seasonings and liquids get to the meat. My liquids are jerk sauce, vanilla extract, and smoke flavoring. I'll throw that on, let it sink in a couple minutes, then add the dry seasoning and forcibly massage it into the wings. Shake off the excess, bag them, then into the refrigerator for no less than 24 hours to marinate.

It's a big pack of fresh wings so I plan on freezing some so I can test the fryer, which is supposed to be incredibly effective on them right out of the freezer.

    We shall see. :hungry:

No pickles this year. Squash and tomatoes. Not a garden year. Spring time I was installing the Kings & UCA. Squash is going gangbusters. Tomatoes are still tennis ball size and smaller.
