Order placed with my laser cutter on Wednesday. I ordered a few extra kits so if anyone else wants in, let me know before the Instagram and website orders eat them up!

Man got these bad boys on today. A little harder then I was anticipating but not terrible. Having a good set of wobbly sockets was a life saver and definitely recommend. And seemed like every time I dropped a bolt it never made it to the ground with the location of the mounts lol.

    tomorrow is the test drive.

I thought the passenger side wasn’t as bad as the drivers for the instal. The drivers side is very tight and that bottom bolt on the block kicked my butt.

Wouldn’t the truck vibrate more with these bad boys?

Yeah the 3.5s are pretty smooth running, the real fun is with a 2.4/2.7. Those things get pretty dang vibratey hard mounted

Instantly though o what did I do in a bad way.

after driving with them and breaking them in after a couple tanks of fuel it’s gotten a lot better. With ac off you can’t notice a difference with vibration. With ac on you can feel a bit of vibration at idle. But driving super smooth ac on or off.

as far as drivability big improvement with the feel and doesn’t feel near as clunky with shifting and my truck always had a sway up and down what I thought was my frame flexing going freeway speeds. It’s gone and feels very planted. Mind you I am on 315s with 529s and kings. The mounts made a huge improvement I would definitely recommend. I am automatic too. So if you can stand a little vibration at idle with the ac on definitely worth the upgrade

Hm interesting. I would think the OEM mounts would be easier on the drivetrain? I mean like less shock and more dampening so things will last longer?

Wondering how it will affect driving off-road, let’s say bombing down FSR.

There’s a ton of play in the stock mounts I didn’t think my engine was moving that much until I put these in. Haven’t jumped it yet but will soon and will let you know lol

with these mounts and a tune you will have throttle steering on a MT truck if you can wring it out of her. which opens up a world of handling possibilities.

    tl;dr; it's f'ing awesome.

Like mentioned before with a tune the truck runs super smooth at idle anyway the visitation isn’t noticeable. I have a cab mount relocation too so harder bushings on the cab and still not a lot if vibration once you put a couple hundred miles on them. And with that much lift I am sure they’d be easy ish to install

this is why I came here and have been googling motor/trans mounts for my MT Tacoma. The amount of drive train movement when offroading and under hard acceleration is bothersome. These with a trans mount should make a world of difference. Did poly mounts in my e46 back in the day and it was a lovely improvement to an already almost perfectly setup manual daily car. Can only imagine what it would do here

    GB interest?

My laser cutter ran an excess # of 3.5 kits (new machine operator that mis-interpreted the cut qty) so I have extra kits that I can weld up & build currently.

Retail is $400 + shipping, if we get 5 orders I'll do each kit for $350 shipped. 10 orders $300 shipped.

Website is up and running too:thumbsup:

I also compiled all the frequently asked questions and theories into one section as well, under the "technical info" page on the site.

What trans mount are you looking at using for a upgrade? I would love to do both at the same time.
