Real framing, that's one of the many "highlights" they point out :jerkoff:

What is fake is the "stone" panel that they're gonna do in front of the house this Friday.

lol I'd be so happy they pointed out they put an extra 2x6 in 10 places throughout the house

You'll have to post the front once it's done - I love stone veneer

That's what I'm trying to do with trucking I'm doing the math and if I buy this f450 in looking at and get my grandma or someone with good credit to cosign the loan on a trailer with 16k lbs axles I actually have a shot at making decent buck

Only problem I forsee is it's relatively unstable

I live in the Rio grand valley, welders start at 10 bucks an hour

I'm not even shitting you that's what I was offered by multiple places

That and there's no production here... it's all imported from Mexico, i saw that from my short stint at ups freight... nonstop trailers from Mexico

I may actually become a school bus driver because it's a government job... those are always favorable

We have a nationwide shortage of carpenters. Those we do have are going to retire in the next 15 years with nobody to replace them... might get pretty lucrative very soon.

I'll let the new girl at autozone know... she's super into carpentry

I went to a recruiting fair the other month (for welders) 23 bucks an hour... I thought "not bad"... perdiem included, "oh fuck that"

It's bullshit in the Rio grand valley even my brother with a A&M degree is only making like 16 an hour in the oil field... but they get a shit ton of hours so it figures out to good pay

I dont mind packing up my 4 runner and going somewhere as long as there's something I can making a living off of

I'm not excited about it but my wife insists so I'll let her win that one.

Yep, will take a pic once it's done.
