    to be honest RSi is unreal when it comes to servicing a customer.

    I just emailed them; they are sending a whole new set of latches to be sure it’s not an issue again.

    just asked for picks of ser# and affected part. Boom done.

    they also replaced my third brake light harness after a misfortune; no charge; same thing.

    you just don’t see service like this anymore. And I’m confident LEER would be way behind on this one. Lol

    thats what I was thinking too, so I held off on posting it locally for a couple of weeks. It’s going to be a regional sale anyway though, and I’m going to use some of the money from the SmartCap to pay for a lift and a tune.

    Trying to keep everything in the TW community as much as possible!

    Has anyone had to remove their cap to haul something tall in their truck bed? Seems like many of you mount stuff to the top of your cap, so I assume that makes it that much more difficult/impractical. But for those that don't mount anything on top of their caps, I'm wondering how easy it is to remove. Thanks in advance!
