It's possible you and I are the only people in the world able to mix God awful different alcoholic beverages. Not sure banana cream would bode well in my belly in the sun but as long as you're upstream from me, you'd be good :cookiemonster:

Sorry, neither are involved. You just start dressing like it is. Antique-ing, home shows and craft fairs are your life now. :D

No cast for me!!!!! Oh happy day!!! Just a brace and a buddy wrap for two weeks. The smell of my arm is poisonous though. At least I can remove this to wash hands/shower. This is the best news ever.

    That is all, carry on.

Damn that sucks. Sorry to hear that.

I witnessed something like that with some people in my neighborhood. They were moving in around 9pm, and the movers just unloaded their stuff into their garage, and not bringing them up to each specified room on the box. The new people started yelling and taking out their phones and blowing whistles (dont know why... they werent getting raped). Apparently they called the cops on the movers, because they didnt bring the boxes into their house. I dont know if it was in their contract or not, but it didnt seem like it was a legit moving company.. Just a white box truck and 2 guys. From what I could see, the cops couldnt really do anything and its not their problem anyways. The movers just put all their stuff into the garage and then left.

Not really setting a good example if youre moving into a fairly new neighborhood and youre already yelling and calling cops and filming things haha. I dont talk to them and dont want to after seeing that haha.

    Oof!

That is NOT a good way to handle stuff. As a practicing (and still needing practice) stoic I get a little cringy over super-emotional responses to let-downs. Wtf are the police going to do in a civil matter? If they violated the contract there's plenty of Small Claims court appointments available - worst case you just suck it up and it sucks. But whistle-blowing and cop-calling because someone was shitty to you? I dunno man. You're right - NOT a good first impression of the residents.

I gave up a really decent convection toaster oven for it, so I hope I don't regret it. I'd like it to replace the 4 slice toaster too if possible.

It's a rather large fryer, and can cook a whole 4lb chicken, on a rotisserie if wanted. It has a barrel shaped basket too for the rotisserie that I intend to use for wings, and smaller things I want extra crispy. I am going to melt down some good coconut oil and mix it with clarified butter and spritz it on instead of cooking spray. Since rub has brown sugar in it too, these should come out a little sticky sweet too.

I really want to do some seafood. Salmon, shrimp, and I'd like to try my crab cakes but smaller in size. Like 2 oz each but still cake shape.
Ok, so I trimmed and split the wings, washed and dried them. I got 28 halves, so it cost 58 cents a wing.

Then added more brown sugar, and more of two of the seasonings to my dry rub and I put all of that into my Blendtec blender and turned it into a powder as fine as cornstarch. I dusted the wings a little at a time until they were completely coated, and then just dumped the rest into the bag with them. It was nice and pasty, from the salts mixing with the skin. Then finally, I mixed half the bottle of jerk seasoning, with a decent amount of vanilla and smoke flavoring. I poured this into the bag a little at a time to distribute it evenly. I zipped it up, then a little trick I taught myself before I could afford a vacuum sealer, is to tightly wrap the bag in plastic wrap each time making it tighter and tighter and more rump roast like. There's absolutely no way for anything not to be completely encrusted by the marinade.

I was done at 2pm so now I will let them sit until tomorrow. I'll take them out and rub them down a little to remove any excessive amount of the marinade, then I'll put some in the air fryer and the rest I will freeze. I hear an air fryer doesn't require any defrosting. I will find out. I'll put each half into a snack sized ziploc bag so when I take them out of the freezer they are individually frozen and can go right into the rotisserie basket.

I really like wings a lot. I hate being let down though buying them. SO many are just so so. Some places try to overdo the heat. You can't even taste the chicken. I want to taste the chicken, the skin, and I want it juicy and flavorful. Hell, I may have overdone it my damn self. I have these things tasting like that candy Chicken Of The Cave.

Would be more-effective post if you showed up with several hundred wings for us to try.... :D

No, I get it, I was just asking in case I could help out. I don't really handle the legal side of the company though so I am not your guy. If that bully extortionist ever comes back and you need someone without any cool to lose, gimmi' a call :spy:

Hey thanks Rob. I haven't yet heard back from the brokerage; not directly. My POC (in sales) said some one in Cust Srvc has my info and 'will reach out to me' but no clear path forward.

I'll be right over to test them for everyone else... I had an ex GF that used a air fryer for everything ( mainly because she couldn't cook for shit.. her idea of a good meal was to make reservations) and I have to say, some items that were frozen solid straight outda freezer went into that air cooking machine and came out pretty tasty. I liked Franks and Tysons frozen wings during the shut down, they were the closest to anything resembling or tasting like a wing from my favorite pubs. Now that I'm not working in Hunt Valley, Wegmans is too far to drive just for some frozen food. I can't find any frozen wings at the local markets in northern Carroll Country.
